Kendrick Lamar & Bruno Mars 2018 Grammy Take Over

Many talents were nominated at this years 2018 Grammy Awards show that included your favorites. Sza, Jay-Z, Musiq Soulchild, The Weeknd, amongst others were eligible for an award last night as deserved. Top winners of the night were artist Kendrick Lamar and Bruno Mars.

The two had equal winnings throughout the night. Making heads tilt for attendees such as Jay-Z, who was up for a few nominations with his latest 4:44 album and single, “The Story of OJ”, but left empty handed. In the same category as Jay, comes Cardi B. Who was up for her very first Grammy nomination for “Best Rap Song”. The Weeknd stardom ablaze as he took home an award for “Star boy”. Rihanna hit the stage for “Wild Thoughts” as she had to return on the stage for winning “Loyalty” for “Best Rap/Sung Performance” with Kendrick Lamar.

His TDE peer, Sza rocked the house with “Broken Clocks” as everyone was memorized by her angelic voice. “24K Magic” had a magical night as Mr. Mars definitely reached for the stars with his winnings. His newest single “Finesse” was one of the many remarkable performances with “Boodak Yellow” rapstar Cardi B., that took us way back with the 90s vibe.

Let’s not forget Atlanta actor and singer, Childish Gambino who won more than one Grammy for the classic and timeless hit “Red Bone”. Kendrick Lamar and Bruno Mars for no doubt banged in your home, radio and streams for entire year. No, wonder they’ve racked up so many awards. We’re curious how the 2019 Grammy turns out!
