Ester Dean Joins Roc Nation

You may remember Ester Dean from her club smash “Drop It Low” featuring Chris Brown back in 2009.

What you don’t know is that she’s been the hidden talent behind your most likely favorite songs. In fact, Dean written songs for the legendary Mary J. Blige, Usher, Ciara and even Chris Breezy. You know the top jams right now? “Countdown” by Beyonce and “You Da One” by Rihanna? Yep, she wrote those too.

With an ill pen game, she manage to get signed by Jay-Z‘s label Roc Nation. Grabbing a spot next to Willow Smith, J. Cole and Rita Ora as label mates. She tweeted her excitement on Twitter, “I’m so Grateful 4 my Team Past and Present! Bringing in the New Year with my new Team @RocNation 2012 #JayBrown #Tata #Omar“.

As Roc Nation holds it down on the management side of music with Wale, Rihanna and more, Ester shouldn’t have anything to worry about when it comes to action. Congratulations!
