Big Sean Speaks on Mixtape With Wiz Khalifa and Currensy & “My Last”

Big Sean talks mixtapes and “My Last” with 101.5 JAMZ with radio host JD.

“My Last” featuring Chris Brown was almost a no show on Finally Famous. The Detroit rapper complained on the record being “whack and soft” for his taste. The producer of the record, No I.D. who also produced songs for Jay-Z, Common and Kanye West, pointed out to Big Sean on if he wanted to stay as a mixtape artist or make music people can party to and sell out stadiums.

Here’s a twist! Did you know Big Sean could sing? Well, we didn’t know neither. Sean also revealed a fun fact that he was suppose to sing the chorus and hook on his first single “My Last”, but decided to call up Chris Brown to do it instead.

And last but not least, he speaks on the new mixtape he’s doing with Wiz Khalifa and Currensy. He gives a little hint at the joint mixtape that will be coming out in a few weeks. “I’m working on a secret big project, that’s probably gonna come out in a couple of weeks. With me and two other guys in hip-hop that are just killing it right now.” Right now the two released songs from the upcoming mixape is “Flowers” and “O.T.T.R.F.” Check em out!
